Robert Eugene Wittenberg, age 81 of Brooklyn Park, passed away on August 24, 2022, in Robbinsdale, Minnesota.

Bob was born on June 1, 1941, in Fairfax, Minnesota to Arnold and Loretta (Sprank) Wittenberg. Bob served proudly in Vietnam and worked in Printed Circuit companies for many years. He loved cars, snowmobiling, boating, camping, and playing cards with his family. He especially loved being a grandpa. Bob loved dogs, especially his last one Lucy who loved him and misses him so much.

Bob is preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Dennis (decd. Marie) Wittenberg, Marvel (decd. Charles) Johnson, Roger Wittenberg, Vern (decd. Maxine) Wittenberg, Jack Wittenberg, and Larry Wittenberg. He is survived by his wife, Linda Wittenberg; daughters, Carrie Wittenberg, and Jane (decd. Ross) Oden; grandchildren, Andrew, Leah, Emily, and Matthew Oden; siblings, Sandy (John) Hatlestad, Jerry (Sherry) Wittenberg, Tom Wittenberg, and Pam (Doug Bruswitz) Palmquist.

Memorial Service will be held at Gearty-Delmore Funeral Chapel 15800 37th Ave. North Plymouth MN. 55446. On Friday September 16, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. Gathering one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Some food to follow service. Interment Ft. Snelling National Cemetery at 11:45 AM October 5, 2022.
