Roger M. Anderson age 83, longtime resident of Golden Valley, MN, passed away peacefully on April 9, 2025, and has been reunited in heaven with his beloved wife Carol, daughter Christina Miller, parents Milan and Dolly Anderson.

He will be dearly missed by his children, Carla (Alan) Bergseth, Cindy (Bob) Johnson and Roger Anderson; grandchildren, Matt Nord, Caren (Andre) Leffer Da Silva, Brandon, Cassie and Angie Bergseth; Jeff (Maria), Ben, and Josh (Juliana) Johnson; great-grandchildren, Edward Nimmo, Nico and Joanna Leffer Da Silva, Liam and Gus Johnson, brother Robert (Shirley) Anderson, extended family, friends.

Roger graduated from Robbinsdale High School in 1959. He married Carol in 1962, and together they had four children. His family brought him immense joy and was the most cherished part of his life. Roger is known for his decades-long painting and snowplowing business, where he built valued friendships with many customers. In his spare time, Roger enjoyed diving into various projects, always equipped with his trusty hand or garden tools.

A memorial service for Roger will held at 11:00 A.M., Thursday, April 17 at Hope Church, 5200 Emerson Avenue North, Minneapolis.

Interment Crystal Lake Cemetery.

Visitation one hour prior to the service at the church.
