Rudolph "Rudy" Klick

age 87, of Robbinsdale, Minnesota, passed away on May 8, 2025. 

Rudy honorably served his country in the U.S. Army with the 101st Airborne Division, and later in the United States Air Force for over 22 years, retiring with the rank of Senior Master Sergeant. He was a graduate of DeLaSalle High School and remained proud of his roots throughout his life. 

Rudy was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather whose legacy of love and service will live on through the generations. He especially cherished family trips to Disney, where he created lasting memories with those he loved most. 

He is survived by his beloved wife, Beth Klick, with whom he shared 66 years of marriage since their wedding on September 20, 1958. Together, they lovingly raised 12 children: Elizabeth (Austin), Mary (Bruce), Mark, David (Annette), Catherine, Margaret, Jeannie (Paul), Patricia, John (Sherry), Teresa (Hatem), Ann (Dave), and Matthew (Shannon). Their family grew to include 29 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild —as well as their two cherished cats, Moses and Sarah. 

Though he was a man of few words, his deep love for each of them was always clear. 

The family has requested that there be no visitation prior to the service. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, July 7, 2025, at 11 a.m. at Church of the Sacred Heart in Robbinsdale, MN. Following the service, Rudy will be laid to rest with military honors at Fort Snelling National Cemetery in a private interment. 

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the HealthPartners Frauenshuh Cancer Center.
