Sharon Rose Peschel

Sharon Rose Peschel, 77, of Victoria, MN, passed away on December 17, 2023. She was born on October 2, 1946, in St. Paul, MN, to her parents Jim and Loretta Mingo. Sharon was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, nurse, and friend to many. She dedicated 40 years of her life to nursing, primarily at Methodist Hospital in St. Louis Park, MN, where she worked in the Emergency Room.

Sharon's true passion in life was her family, and she cherished every moment spent with her grandchildren, who affectionately called her 'Boo.' She will be deeply missed by her husband, Mike Peschel; her children, Pat (Gina) Peschel, Dan (Shelly) Peschel, and Molly (Todd) Grivna; her grandchildren, Jack, Will, Emma, Colin, Jillian, Greta, Ruby, and Riley; her sister, Carol (Mike) Butchert; and her brother, Wayne Mingo.

Sharon received her education from St. Francis in Little Falls, MN, and Ancker Hospital School of Nursing in St. Paul, MN. She had a successful career as a Registered Nurse, and her dedication to her profession touched the lives of many.

In her free time, Sharon enjoyed reading, knitting, traveling, and sharing a glass of wine with friends. She was actively involved in various church committees and groups, including the Church Choir and Wedding Coordinator. Sharon found great joy in watching her grandchildren's activities and spending quality time with her family.

Mass of Christian Burial 11AM Wednesday, December 27, at Church of St. Bartholomew 630 E. Wayzata Blvd, Wayzata. Visitation from 9:30AM-11:00AM at church. Reception to follow Mass.
