Sharon Thornby

Sharon passed away on March 21, 2016 in The Villages, FL.

She is preceded in death by husband, David and son, Mark.

Survived by daughters, Laura Thornby and Cynthia Hughes; grandson, Matthew Thayer (Kelsey Sartor); great granddaughter, Kiley Thayer; brother, Bill Wolf; friends, Marlis and Vern Montroy, Jim Johnson,  Jane and Jeff Erdman, Marilyn Jones, Margaret Sheehe and many others.

Sharon believed “To be active is to be alive”. Her hobbies included Golf (she had a bona fide hole-in-one), Mah-Jongg, Bridge, was an intimidating Scrabble Player, fashion conscious and was an amazing cook. She was a loving mother, sister, grandmother, great grandmother and friend. She was very loyal to her family and friends.

Interment St. Patrick Cemetery.
