Age 86 of New Hope, passed away February 19, 2021. Survived by loving wife of 62 years, Jeanne; loving children Steve (Teresa), Jim, Mary, Rick (Teri), Tim (Amy) and Chris (Tanya); 15 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren; sisters Myra Jean, Phyllis, and Kathryn. Preceded in death by parents, Simon and Catherine; grandson Joe; sister Doris & brothers Florian, Jim, Glenn, Carl, Neil and Mike. Sam had a passion for fishing with life-long friends Frank and Ray Hoffman. He enjoyed golfing, playing poker, going to Canterbury Downs and loved sour cream raisin pie. Mass of Christian Burial 11 AM Wednesday, February 24 at the Church of St. Raphael, 7301 Bass Lake Rd., Crystal. Interment Gethsemane Cemetery.
