Survived by her loving husband, Rob and their daughter, Kayden; her parents, Bernadette and Dennis Kurkowski; sisters, Raquel Kurkowski and Alicia (Tom) Frelich; nieces and nephews, Josie, Carson and Harper; mother-in-law, Tae Roy; brother-in-law, Joe Roy; relatives and friends.
Preceded in death by grandparents, Sabina and John Kulesa, Rose and Theodrore Kurkowski.
Visitation 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM Wednesday with a prayer service at 7:00 PM at Gearty-Delmore Robbinsdale Chapel, 3888 W. Broadway, Robbinsdale.
A funeral Mass will be held in Webster S.D. at a later time.
