Susan Mary Hartig, 79, of Maple Grove, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, Feb. 19, 2023.
Susan loved to be up north, being a resident of Cross Lake for 23 years. She was a book enthusiast, loved traveling, gardening and baking. A large supporter of the Animal Humane Society, she was a big lover of animals. Susan especially loved her family.
She is survived by sons, David M. (Kim DesLauriers) and Steven (Kari); grandchildren, Jack and Allie.
Preceded in death by husband, Michael; parents, Jack and Evelyn Gentry; brother, James.
Funeral service will be 1:30 PM Friday, Feb. 24 at Gearty-Delmore Plymouth Chapel, 15800 37th Ave N (@ Vicksburg Lane), with visitation one hour prior to the service. Interment Crystal Lake Cemetery.
