Thomas Devine

Tom was born in Sioux Falls, South Dakota in 1947. He graduated from Washington High School in 1965, and earned a BS from Augustana college and a MS from the University of Pennsylvania Medical School. He worked as an anesthesiologist in Milwaukee before retiring in his late forties to the twin cities area.

He is survived by his brother, Jim (Nancy) of Plymouth, MN; his sister, Kathleen (Jim); and five nieces and nephews.

His funeral service will be at 11:00 with visitation an hour prior on Tuesday, November 4, 2025 at Mt. Olivet Lutheran Church of Plymouth with burial in Woodlawn Cemetery in Sioux Falls.
