age 70, of Plymouth, died on Saturday, September 20, 2025 from complications of his fierce and valiant 4-year battle against pancreatic cancer. He will be deeply missed by his wife Laurie, to whom he was married for 46 years, as well as his sons Justin and Joshua, and Joshua’s fiancée Regan Bogen. Tom is also survived by his two brothers, Gordy and Tim (Marina) and his sister-in-law Linda Meyer. He will be greatly missed by his nephew, Christopher Paquette, nieces Amie (Justin) Montgomery, Carrie (Joe) Speltz, and Nicole (Bernard) Paquette and many cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, Vernon and Alberta Paquette and his brother Mark.
Tom worked for Cargill for 36 years in their Finance and Accounting Organizations. He was a superb woodworker, having created many beautiful pieces, both artwork and furniture. His warmth and generosity and playful sense of humor touched many lives.
A Mass of Christian burial will take place on Friday, October 3, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Bartholomew’s Catholic Church, 630 Wayzata Blvd, Wayzata, MN. Visitation at church 9:30-11 AM Friday. Luncheon to follow.
Private interment Calvary Cemetery, Anoka. Memorials preferred to the family.
