Survived by children, Lori (Thomas) Smith, Michael Deblock, Steven (Michele) Deblock and Leslie (Jon) Sather; grandchildren, Carly Deblock, Coleman Deblock, Lucas Sather, Gracie Sather, Owen Sather and Ella Deblock; siblings, Ann Hamilton, Ed (Helen) Burgstaler, Vicki McCollum, Ollie DeYoung and Rudy (Joyce) Burgstaler and many nieces and nephews.

Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
