Winnabeth M. "Betsy" Neeck

Winnabeth (Betsy) Swartz Neeck, 94, of Plymouth (formerly Bloomington and Mankato) died June 30.

Betsy met Jim, the love of her life, while at college in Mankato.  She taught first grade in Minnesota Lake and North Mankato, then became a full-time mom and helped Jim with his business. Later in life she was a secretary and volunteer coordinator at Christ the King Lutheran Church.

Betsy loved being surrounded by family and friends.  The coffee pot was always on and orange slices filled the candy jar on the hutch.

She is survived by daughter, Jackie (Wayne) Peterson; son, Marshall (Vicki Snitzler); grandchildren, Ben (Michelle) Peterson and Kaitlyn Peterson: great grandchildren, Beckett, Brinley and Brooklyn.

Memorial Service will be 3:30 PM Monday, July 10 at the St. Philip the Deacon Lutheran Church, 17205 County Rd 6, Plymouth, with a gathering time after 3:00.  Refreshments and a time of fellowship to follow the service.
