Gerald "Jerry" T. Queenan

Gerald Thomas Queenan (Jerry) of New Hope, MN passed away on June 17, 2022 at the U of M Hospital, Minneapolis, MN.  Jerry is survived by wife Vikki of 31 years; daughter, Kelsey (John) Olander of New Brighton and sons, Ryan Queenan of White Bear Lake, Jeremiah Thayer and Joel Thayer both of New Hope.  Also survived by parents, Don and Rosalie Queenan of Richfield; sister, Cheri (Eric) Anderson of Sarona, WI, sister, Debbie Peterson of Chisago City; brothers, Mike (Laura) of Bloomington, MN and Tim (Julie) of Minnetonka, MN. Jerry went to Assumption Grade School and Holy Angels both of Richfield, MN.  Jerry was employed with LVC for 38 years until his death.  Through his life he developed lifelong friendships through school, work and neighbors. Jerry‘s kindness was shown to all through his generosity with his talents and time. He had an easy laugh and an Elvis song, always.  There will be a Funeral Mass on Friday (6/24), 11 AM at St. Joseph’s  Parish, 8701 36th Ave. No., New Hope, MN 55427 with visitation one hour before.  A luncheon will follow the Mass.  A video of the service is posted below.
