Survived by wife of 63+ years, Shirley; children, Sam L., Scott (Peggy), Sheryl (David) Johnson, and Steven; 10 loved grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; 2 brothers; 4 sisters; brothers-in-law; sisters-in-law; many nieces, nephews and friends. Preceded in death by parents, Samuel and Martha; brother and sister. Mass of Christian Burial Thursday (2/27), 11 AM with visitation starting at 10 AM at the Church of St. Joseph the Worker, 7180 Hemlock Lane North, Maple Grove. Private interment Ft. Snelling. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.
