card, life insurance assignments and/or funds from pre-paid funeral arrangement

policies. We do not bill estates. We offer a dual-pricing option, giving you the

opportunity to make payment via check or ACH draft (at no cost) or via credit

card (incurring an additional 3.75%). The processing will automatically be

configured when making your payment. Payment is due within 30 days of funeral
